I spoke with a lawyer, and he will open a casefile in May in related to the lawsuit against XO. Thanks for everyone's support, and I think I need as much help as I can get. Please give me as much info. regarding XO's failure to response to complaints and in turn resulted in additional victims. I think this non-sense is ongoing for a few years since the scammers start using XO. Also please anyone who have been defrauded by an escow site using XO as server please step forward. Don't worry about legal fee, it will be on contingency fee, and you don't have to pay for anything. But if you don't step forward I can't help you.
