That's not easy to say because it requires a login.
As far as I know, alibaba.com is a completely legit "marketplace" style site for businesses. I know that they offer an "Inspection Service" with attached escrow for the funds. So I'm guessing this is real.
Still it's always a good idea to proceed with a certain amount of caution when dealing with strangers.
