It’s one of the best fraud-free services out there and whoever came up with the idea did a good job. However, thre are a lot of legitimate services such as this one that are also being used by scammers, but you are obviously on the right track if you were pointed to http://www.buy-sell-solutions.com. You can also read their security page for tips on how to stay safe. Hope this helps.
They don’t accept Western Union or MoneyGram as a method of payment and they strongly advise against it. We all know that those are the scammers prefferred payment methods and once you send the payment via Western Union there is no way to keep track of it.
On the other hand, B.S.S. Consignment has a unique payment system that goes through their system, that eliminates any kind of internet fraud (nigerian or western union fraud), the most common examples you can find on Craigslist. That means the sellers have a guarantee that they receive the payment for their items and not fake checks or payment made by stolen credit cards or paypal accounts and buyers will receive their items. For a better understanding of their services please visit their page as I am not going to describe how they work.
Long story short, they are a good service and definetely not a scam, I am not just saying this based on what I see but like I said, people I know used the service before.
Best of luck whichever way you go with this.
