Scam?? Trans-spedition.tk

Hello,

I'm from Belgium and I want to buy a jetski in Scotland. The seller presents a third party shipping company called : trans-spedition. Their website http://www.trans-spedition.tk is blocked by my anti-virus (trend micro) but I looked on another PC and it looked cheap to me.
The transport fee is 600 EUR and he offered to split that fee, each 50%. I have to pay the half of the invoice to an account of the shipping company and that money is blocked till I agree to take the jetski. He says that I have 3 days to test it and than to decide if it's ok.
I find it very strange...
What do you think?

It's fake of course (and so is your "seller").

The 'seller' was using 2 email-adresses : richcomltd@hotmail.com + bosdebos@hotmail.com. He never mentionned his name but he said he was living in Peterhead, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
I don't have other details.
His announce was on http://www.aanbod.be
If I receive other data, I will post it!

Hello,

I told him yesterday to choose another shipping company and that I would pay COD (Cash on Delivery) but he became nervous and said he would stop doing business with me. I could come over and search it myself. Then I told that I knew a few people in the UK and I ask them to come over and buy the Jetski. I asked his full name and adress and today he answered that a guy from France comes over tomorrow to buy it. Hell yeah...
Can nobody stop such people...
