i am a potential ebay user , this is second time i placed same item for the auction at the ebay UK , this is quite expensive item of cost 600 . last time when i palced the item i recieved the offer from the buyer from italy he was insisting to follow the escrow service at that time i simply refuse to the person , this time my item is still on auction and again i have recived an offer from the different person from austria ,
he give me the site name

but when i tried to link that site with the escrow then i didnt find any link this offer is still valid and the buyer is offering me more then i want , can you please verify this site ,

Indeed http://www.pay-auction.com is a fake. Please compare the design to the various previous incarnations:

While most fake escrow sites work the other way around (the unsuspecting buyer is supposed to send the money to the fake site) this one's appearently built to trick the sellers.

Don't fall for it - you would never see any money.
