Next if we check out the whois info http://escrow-fraud.pgardner.net/whois. ... express.ro we will see that the Registration Date is February 24, 2006, Just a little over a month ago.

These 2 things alone will lead me to fraud not to mention that they want to use Western Union for payment. Western Union themselves will tell you NOT to use their service unless it's someone YOU KONW AND TRUST. You neither KNOW the other party and the very fact that "Escrow" is being used means that there is a lack of trust.

Avoid them!
