usa-trader.com is a fraud

The website http://www.usa-trader.com is for a company that represents itself as offering escrow services for online transactions. However the business license number and address that they use is for a completly different company that has no association whatsoever with usa-trader.com. Their website gives their Utah business license as being 1187654-0142. However when you go to the Utah Department of Commerce web site to do a search on this license number (https://secure.utah.gov/bes/action/index) you get the name of a completely different company, a legitimate company, who's business license and address is fraudlently being used by usa-trader.

A posting on an eBay forum reports that the content of the usa-trader.com website is the same as for CA-trade.net. That site was recently shut down. It too used the business license number and address of a legitimate company that had no connection with the fraudlent website.
