Scam advertisement on Marktplaats.nl

Hi all,
I have found one megasuspicious and one ultrasuspicious again on Marktplaats.nl

BMW M3 Navi Leder Xenon (funny part about this one is that when you google sellers phonenumber, google gives you references to Romtelecom )
and
Bmw 1-serie 116i

I have contacted both "sellers", hoping to provide links to fake webpages soon.

It took me a while to retrieve some more information about the scam advertisements above. Unfortunately only one of them reacted.
Anyway: I have to admit, the scammers are more and more creative each day.

First of all, the reply i got after i first reacted on the advertisement was in the language of the server, so Dutch in this case. Up until now i have always seen only English written replies.
The "seller" being Adrian Coper <adriancoper@googlemail.com>, however asked me to use English if possible.
His replies, basically follow the same old scenario, yet in the end the seller is open for the option where me as a buyer fly over to UK to see the car in person:

If you would like to fly and pick-up the car personally i don't mind but i think is better if we close the deal through this shipping company because we can save money and time...it's up to you...

Unlike before, i have not received a direct link to webpages of the fake transport company, yet i was given a chance to find details on http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk which actually might be a legit page...well...it totally seems to be

As i said i came back home in England and i am trying to find a solution to bring the car to your address..

I will pay the shipping costs so you get free shipping. No extra-money or hidden fees you will have to pay.
To start the official transaction i will need the following details:
-Full name
-Shipping address
- Phone number
Soon as i have received your personal details, i will go to the company and make all necessary formalities to start the official transaction. The company will get in touch with you through email with the invoice for payment,sale contract and all shipping/delivery informations.
I will also make some copies of the sale contract, my passport and the bank guarantee so you have the confidence that everything is legit and safe. The payment need to be made through bank wire transfer.

P.S: Return Policy available so if by the reason you don't like the car or maybe you are not satisfied about it, you can refuse is and the company will deliver the car back to me on my expense. I think it is more than fair...

A certain type of fake sites tries to gain "credibility" by asking to look up the company number at http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk/; usually they really go to great lengths to show that they are registered. This usually happens with certain layouts/designs.

Examples:

(The first two not only contain the alleged registration number but also ask to look it up at ukdata.com; the third one is a variant of the current fake site. In fact all three are variations of a common layout.)

For this to work the scammers copy the data of an existing company including the registration number. And that's all there is. They simply pose as a different (existing) company. The real company doesn't even know this. So if you look up the registration number at companieshouse or ukdata you get the details of a legit and existing company.
Sometimes this backfires - when they pick a company that was just recently dissolved or that operates in a completely different business sector.

As fasr as killing http://fslfreight.clanteam.com/ goes: They are hosted by zymic.com which from my experience are a bit hit-and-miss nowadays. Sometimes they kill, sometimes not. We'll see.
