Is SafeBid-LTD a legit escrow company?

If anyone has used safebid-ltd before I would appreciate any feedback, negative, positive I do not care. I just want to be sure if they are a legitimate company to deal with. http://www.safebid-ltd.com. They claim offices in four countries, the main one in England.

They are a SCAM.... Check the WHOIS ( http://pgardner.net/whois.php?ip=safebid-ltd.com ) Info. The site was created 29 Sep 2005... Just about a month and a half ago.

There are additional reasons, however, I don't have the time right now... Probably will respond again later (if no one else does.).

This group of Romanian scammers previously ran the fraud escrow:

If people don't take the time to fully report whats going on then there is nothing that can be done to stop these scammers.

I got my item back today!! I actually succeded in stopping the mailing!

I am glad to hear that you did manage to get your merchandise back. Unfortunately you are the exception and not the rule. Only if people act quickly is this possible. The scammers do EVERYTHING possible to make you feel comfortable about a transaction, because they know once the merchandise or money is in their possession, there is little if any chance of you getting it back.

Safebid-Ltd has been discussed on Ebay forums here.

It's hosted in China by Xinnet, and I've reported it to them. However, Chinese webhosts are notorious for ignoring abuse reports.
