Is Escrow Cheque a scam?

Is http://www.escrowcheque.net/ a scam?

I've seen only marginally negative treatment of this site from Scam.com and it was regarding identity theft. Not sure if it means the website's name was stolen or the identity of the CEO was stolen. I'm confused.

The Scam.com post seems to focus on the agent using their own account as being fishy. However, the escrow site mentions having a business bank account in a corporation's name and discourages personal bank account usage.

I'd just like some feedback. Thanks.

I had just read the info from their website, they note that their agents (representatives) do not have to have business nor corporation accounts to transact with their clients when working for their company.

But in a way it still sounds fishy, suppose if the scammers sent real cheques for a while and all went well for a number of months working for their "responcible business", however on an number of month then siting some short fall the Escrow Officials told you the representative that they had to send some cheques through the mail and to do a large number of transactions through Western Union and not through your bankaccount?

Another question is how much real, do you think their company is..........and how deseperate are you to take their job?
