Is alliance-europa.com real ???

Postby chicken » Tue Oct 18, 2005 7:44 am

Hi, Im new to internet trading and I want to buy a car and seller sended me that he has contract with http://www.alliance-europa.com but I tried to search for anz information on google but I couldnt find anything. Than I tried WHOIS and I got this:

Domain Name: ALLIANCE-EUROPA.COM
Registrar: ABACUS AMERICA, INC. DBA NAMES4EVER
Whois Server: whois.names4ever.com
Referral URL: http://www.names4ever.com
Name Server: NS2.ABAC.COM
Name Server: NS1.ABAC.COM
Status: ACTIVE
Updated Date: 12-oct-2005
Creation Date: 12-oct-2005
Expiration Date: 12-oct-2006

In my opinion it looks like fraud if you check creation date...

Please help me if you can
Thanks

I looked at the site first thing this morning when I saw the post. It looked a lot like http://escrow-fraud.pgardner.net/images ... xx.com.png

The image at that URL is from http://europe-iloxx.com .

Now it's just about 5 hours later and I cannot get to http://www.alliance-europa.com to get the image (and add it to my gallery). But the fact that there is another site exactly the same as the first and they both have VERY DIFFERENT whois info (Feel free to check using my Network Query Tool at http://pgardner.net/whois/ ) would make me want to avoid them.

What are the circumstances behind your transaction?
eBay?
Are you the buyer or seller?
What payment is asked for?
Who's the other party?
Whats their e-mail?

What are the circumstances behind your transaction?
- I found a car that look very cheap, so I wanted to buy it. Thing is that when I asked seller few question like engine cubature, he replied me with stuff that wasnt really possible (like that kind of engine wasnt installed in cars like that in that year...)

eBay?
- No, here http://www.customscout24.com , but I first found add for that car on http://www.mobile.de

Are you the buyer or seller?
- Buyer.

What payment is asked for?
- Car price + delivery price in euro (+/- 4900euro)

Who's the other party?

Whats their e-mail?
- Its somewhere on their webpage
