Yes, it's fake; and I have taken the liberty to contact the hoster (co.cc) - and as far as I can see they have already taken action.

The actual content was/is located at http://sdcdel.justfree.com/

And now a few more details would be nice - about the nature of the deal and most important - the email address of the scammer.
