is Transport Globe Escrow company a fraud?

Sorry i dont have their web address just yet but i may receive it in a while so ll update it. I am buying some products and been offered that escrow company be collecting money from me on delivery. I have tried to search Transport Globe escrow companyon google but didnt have much luck. Does anybody know if that is a scam or a genuine escrow company.

without the (web) address of the company it's a bit difficult to judge it. Could you post a few details about the deal; like where the seller comes from, is the product unusually cheap compared to the market price, why should an escrow company be used and so on...
