Trans Global Division fraud???

Hi guys,

I found a Canan ATV for sale on racingjunk.com en several other sites, and the deal was way to good to be true.
But i thought what the heck you never know, so here is the email communication between me and the seller.
After the first mail i knew something was up and from the beginning i stated that i can only do payment via Paypal.
The seller goes by the name Andy Brescher, e-mail adress andyb07112@hotmail.com
And the shipping website is http://www.transglobaldivision.com/

I see that you have accepted the transaction ... check your e-mail because you must receive an invoice with payment information ... all you have to do is to find an Western Union office and deposit the payment of $2400 to Trans-Global-Division official receiver, which is:

The atv has only 582 miles and 44 hours adult ridden, nothing wrong, not wrecked, never layed down, never dropped, not out on rain, is like NEW, clean title, first owner and all papers come along with the atv ... I am selling for financial reasons, and because I am moving and I will not have anywhere to store it.

The price is $2400 shipping included to your address, because the atv is located in Newark, NJ ... We can use a shipping company to protect your money and my atv, it's up to you if you want. We just got taken by the same. Only our contact was Frank Lubert in London
We figured something was up, but didn't go with our gut feeling.
We searched BBB Google everything seemed legit.
The site is so convincing.
Unfortunately no one had them in a database.
I wish there was a way to shut them down.
I hope they are not part of a terrorist cell and I just help fund them.
Boy do I feel stupid. How gullible.
I only hope that others will be able to see they are not who they say and that they will be shut down.
