Then i received another email from support.bussinescart.com saying

The tracking # of the package is : MAR427..........
You can check out the tracking # on our web site at Track a package

The best I can tell you is to check http://escrow-fraud.pgardner.net/images/sites/Layout2/ .

Everyone of those images were taken from seperate websites. If you click on the images you will see the different addresses in the address bar (of the browser image, not just the web address in YOUR browser)

My Comment / Recommendation would be to notify the local authorities, and to NOT go through with the transaction..

To alleviate ANY Doubt, you could offer to utilize http://escrow.com and offer to pay ALL the fees. They will likely back out, or have some lame excuse like they had a bad experience with them (or something like that)... None the less http://escrow.com IS legit.

If, by some outside chance they do agree, then DO NOT click on ANY links provided by an email (type the address directly into the web browser).

Hope this helps.

This guy possibly frauded me!!!

Postby hufris99 » Fri Sep 02, 2005 10:10 pm

The Escrow website you mentioned (http://www.bussinescart.com) is a fraud. There is another website called http://www.carbuyingtips.com dedicated to shutting down phony escrow sites. It has a list of about 100 fraudulent sites and I definitely remember seeing one looking exactly like the one the scammer suggested to you.

What I am really interested in is the name of your scammer, Marco Ferracane. I was frauded by a scammer who called himself 'Fernando Maroco'. I?m just wondering if it?s possibly the same guy who frauded me. Only thing he just decided to change his name by swapping them around and changing a few letters here and there.

You now really have a chance to arrest this guy. If you do succeed tell me all his details as he might be the one who frauded me.

Tell me what you think,

Regards, (hufris99)

The names being used by the scammers are irrelevant.
I need thier e-mail addresses.
Please see the sticky note and post the requested information.

I checked the tracking number on fedex, and all it says is that it received billing info. Untill you see package shippings, you should not send any money. (I wouldn't any way because it is a fraud)

None the less, he gripes and complains about Taxes and fees to change it. Ask what about when you don't go through... Does he still have to pay these "Fees" ?

It's another line and it's a scam, which I am sure you agree with now. There is some joy and satisfaction, however, with toying with them to see how they can handle all your requests. And I tell you, the odder the request, the better. Especially when they have to spend time trying to think about YOUR particular fraud and keep it seperate from the others that they might have on the hook.

Anyway.... Keep us posted as to what happens. Feel free to post ANY bank info, emails, names, addresses etc.. of the scammer.
