HI;

yes, it's one of the typical "nigerian" scams. Very common on ebay. Variants thereof:

(Of course, this posting on ebay is three years old so some of the scams have evolved a bit. But it's definitely the same ol' scam.)

Do a Google search for "I have interest in buying your item" (including the quotes); it's pretty obvious, I think.
