The guy sell classic cars on internet and pretend to use this fake escrow for protection .
Do not trust this. Is fake ! Unfortunatly Godaddy doesn't do anything about their website that they host

One quick correction: The site is not hosted with GoDaddy; GoDaddy is only the registrar. The hoster is ovh.net (which in the past has not been responsive).
