I tried looking at it on WHOIS, and if I'm right it's from june this year, so that must also be fraud?

Yes, it is; and it's been in out database since June as well:

(Perhaps this is also a good idea: You can check if a site is in our and other databases. If you do a Google search for "socarexpress.com" including the quotes you'll get a lot of hits.)
And before you ask: We try to kill all fake sites - but some are harder to kill than others. This one might take a bit longer.
