Is there a way to let police know them?

I'm ready to face it to bring them to justice. It's the second time i know they are trying to fraud people, surely there will be a third one and on and on...
It's time to stop them.

I am researching this more to see what the suggested approach should be, as soon as I find out, I will likely devote an entire page (and topic) to the subject.
