And if you look at the CREATION DATE you will see that this site was created less than a month ago. That alone would scare me away and the fact that they are using the same layout as so many other sites... Definite fraud.

I went back (today) to capture the image of this site for my gallery ( http://escrow-fraud.pgardner.net/images/sites/Layout2 ) but as of today... It is currently disabled.
