Autoscoutship?

I am currently interested in buying a car and have been redirected to a transcargo site called http://www.autoscoutship.com for payment etc by the seller. I suspect that this might be a fraudulent site but this is only my gut feeling and am not at all experienced in identifying such a site.

Can anyone help me in determining whether my gut feeling is right or not?

We have just learned of irregularities with Auto Scout Ship and see that there is strong evidence that this is not a proper company.

We have suspended the websites autoscoutship.com and autoscoutshipeu.com and will work with law enforcement authorities whenever requested to.
