Does anyone know if this is a legitimate escrow service "www.europeean-deal.com" ?

although the layout seems to be a new one, I detect some very distrubing logos that I have seen in many other fraudulent sites.

I would do a google search and see if anything comes up (Specifically about the ESCROW part). If nothing comes up that is almost as bad as if negative things came up. A reliable site will be listed in a positive manner as well as possibly negatively. Either way it's a start.

Next check the WHOIS info and particularly the creation date. Generally speaking the fraudulent sites have a creation date of (typically) only a few days or weeks. Occassionally they will span months. (but not often).

Use a WHOIS server such as http://samspade.org or http://easywhois.com

Finally, I suspect it's a fraud, but only you can truly judge it for yourself.

I think with a creation date of less than 2 months from your original post, I would avoid them like the plague!!!

This is one of the ABSOLUTE BEST BB's out here for finding Frauds. Look through the Site and Fidn some of the graphics that have been used MULTIPLE times on NUMEROUS FRAUD Sites and before asking some of these questions the Answer to the "Is this a FRAUD Escrow Service?" will be very apparent... The last site I Researched just went down (http://www.uk-internetlimited) they had oen of the most professional sites I had Seen But IT WAS A FRAUD. be very vigilant and make sure anyone you know that thinks of selling something on the Internet Researchs EVERY SINGLE ASPECT of the money transaction. With this many people being frauded by TUCOWS INC. as teh PROVIDER of most of these fraudulent Sites I would think a Lawyer would be able to assist a lot of people in some sort of Class Action Lawsuit.......I myself have not been fraded but I love researching and Messing with the Fraud Sites....especially their ONLINE 24 HOUR support Chats. GREAT SITE peg your have saved people Millions and someday yoru going to be rewarded for that....HOPEFULLY a Class Action would disperse some profit your way.....
