Can someone confirm this?

With all the information available about fraud on this site and the internet, you can't make an educated decision?
Don't let greed cloud your intelligence.
Now, yes, its a scam site.
Look here:
http://www.europeanspeditions.com/templ ... dex-3.html
The retards that created the fake site didn't bother to change the template:
Aliquam congue fermentum nisl. Mauris accumsan nullavel diam. Sed in lacus ut enim adipiscing aliquet. Nulla ven. In pede mi, aliquet sit amet, euismod in.

Post DETAILS about your scammer and what is going on.

I don't understand your first sentence. Maybe since I'm not from a english spoken country. And have some trouble with the language :) (I search after the phone number to this company and got another version, Uk-Spedition.com or something like that. And my first match was this fraud-site.)

I'm looking after a car in Germany and found a nice one. After I got answer on my email I got some bad feelings. He could send the car and I could pay after I received it. I just have to pay 30% of the total price to the shipping company. Yea right... No body will send a car to another country and give me 2 weeks to pay the remaining of the price.

After I checked with the company, I received a email. Bad feeling again. They answered me on a holiday. Normally will office like this one be closed on holidays.

I also search after this company on google.de and google.co.uk (the "owner" of this car live in London) No match. Normally I got a lot of hit if the site is real. Checked out the WHOIS on the site and found owner of the site in USA. This web-site was also registered in march this year or something. On http://www.europeanspeditions.com you can see 2005...

I have reported this car to autoscout24.de and guess they will remove it soon.

Email from the "owner" Jerry Harris <jerryharris@sent.com>
Email from http://europeanspeditions.com :
Ron
European Speditions
0044-700-597-8275

I also asked after a copy of the registration paper from the car with his name, more pictures, Co2 document and the weight. I have'nt got any answer yet.

Since the site is now shut down, I would presume that your assumptions are correct.

If it smells like a fraud, it probably is. Trust your "Gut" instincts. They are very often correct.

I got a new email today and here is the answer:

Hi again,

Sorry for my late reply...
European Speditions told me not to send you or anyone else copies of the car's documents in order to avoid fraud attempts.
In case you are still interested I will be waiting for you to set up the transaction on http://www.europeanspeditions.com
----------------------------------------------------------------

I reported the site few days ago, I have also reported to autoscout24, but the car is still there.
