So I sent my standard short complaint to abuse@skynetweb.
Dear ladies and gentlemen;
you're currently providing service to the so-called fake escrow site
http://www.dhl-shippers.com
This site currently resolves to 64.23.11.110 which according to whois is in your netblock.
Please take appropriate action.
Thanks in advance,
lightfair
and got the following reply:
This site appears to be a normal shipping website. Please provide the exact URL with the phishing information.

So I sent a clarification:
I didn't write "phishing"; I wrote "fake escrow". So it's a fake shipping site and certainly not a "normal shipping website".
You might want to compare the design to the numerous other fake escrow sites using it:
http://escrow-fraud.com/images/sites/Layout38/
You might also want to notice that "DHL" (whose logo was also mis-used) is a legit shipping company. So what does that say about "dhl-shippers.com"? What does that say about the whois information for dhl-shippers.com? Why do you think there is no address and phone number on the website?
No reaction since then. Any takers?
