I am leaning towards NO. The site has several errors in the text. It's older than MOST frauds, but that just means maybe they have been hanging low.
I also found some text that is EXACTLY like another site (from the HOME page of deluxcargo.com the string of strives to be a unique and dynamic company which offers a completely personalized and customized export and import service exactly matches a sting on http://www.falcontrans.com/about.html - about the 3rd sentence)

Also the registration is in Philadelpia but the site says they are in Florida, and then the "Offices" in Russia really make me nervous.

Plus they use YAHOO! as thier provider. Not that legit businesses couldn't but YAHOO! is abused so much I don't trust them.

Someone else please give me your opinion.

They are registered officially in the telephone-directory. So I phoned them.

CROSS TRANS SERVICE GmBH has definitvely NOTHING to do with
