Has somebody had a experience with the escrow service?
I'm so afraid that something goes wrong...

First I would not trust becuase the site is not as it seems.

What I mean is it's a frame. Actually this is a real lazy way to do it without transfering all your files. The Main frame is actually http://www.tradesecure-eu.com but the target is acutually http://banana.catalyst2.com/~john2003/esc/

Then I look at things like the VERISIGN Seal. Typically when you click it, it brings up a Verisign Site with information about the site you clicked it on. But this one only brings up http://verisign.com . That is fishy too.

I looked at the payment info (after creating an account and logging in.) http://banana.catalyst2.com/~john2003/esc/pay.php So i need to send/make a money transfer to ITALY? Based on the whois info ( http://samspade.org/t/lookat?a=tradesecure-eu.com ) the company is Out of New York. And why would I do a money transfer to an INDIVIDUAL and NOT the COMPANY.

Validating the WHOIS info on the registration.... The phone number 607 6276859 checked at http://anywho.com/qry/wp_rl (reverse lookup) comes back to a Marla Campbell, and although the site is registered to a Todd Campbell, I doubt that he is aware of it.

And finally, in the whois info ( http://samspade.org/t/lookat?a=tradesecure-eu.com ) the "CREATION DATE" still gives me doubts. Even though it's been since March of 2004. I think it's still too new to be a Legit Company. Either way.. I would not trust it and neither should you.

If you still have doubts then insist on using a service such as http://escrow.com and offer to pay ALL the fees. They will likely have an excuse like a bad experience. If they do agree to use escrow.com, then it's a small price to pay for your safety/security.
