Has anybody dealt with http://www.vetexo.es, delivery services, they have requested payment to thier bank acc, all looks a bit uncertain

Never dealt with... but I would avoid. Have a look at http://escrow-fraud.com/images/sites/Layout37/ and see that this design has been used over 95 times.
