It imitates a legitimate service present in many countries, but they claim to be an escrow company.
The site was created 1 hour later I asked for information to buy an item from an insertion. Check Whois.net and you will see that it was created on 19th September 2017.
Searching for inpost in the escrow-fraud database returns 8 similar sites.

Please, add this address to the database.

Thanks for posting that, too. In the last few hours a few copies on certain sites were removed very quickly (many of those "free ads" sites have exactly zero tolerance for such fake ads - which makes them quite easy to kill).
