Another escrow scam from the "Transport Company"

Today a friend of mine called me and told me he was interested in buying a Jeep sold on the internet but that he was suspicious about the conditions of the transaction that were being proposed by the seller.
He said the seller asked him to log in to the following website:
http://lufthansa-airbus.com "TRANSPORT COMPANY"
and to register online with that company.
He explained that this company was an escrow company and that he would cover all the expenses this company charged for their services.
Furthermore, the seller explained that this "lufthansa" company would ship the jeep to his house for an inspection period in which he could choose to buy or not to buy it, and that if he chose not to buy it, he would also cover the freight expenses.
So my friend told me he logged in the mentioned page and noticed that among the information required for the registry there were credit card numbers and other banking information. So he called me to have a look at the page.
I told him that Lufthansa was an airline and that i didnt find the escrow services as part of the airlines servicces, it didnt make any sense....
After analyzing the page we found a few inconsistencies with the airline page and in the page itself and so we started browsing key words and found this website.
We looked in the search database and found ID 8401 TRANSPORT COMPANY but this one had a different URL:
http://bririshairways-lines.com
but when we saw the picture in the search database we found that it was the same, just with a different URL address, and both URLs referring to airlines by the way...
We looked on Layout37 link and found 175 records of the same web page image with different URLs.... we believe the one my friend was given is not yet registered in the database.
We dont know how to upload it so people can know....
I hope this is useful information....
My friend has decided not to continue communicating with these people and he has several emails they sent to him with the instructions and information on the seller.
If you find these e-mails useful, please let me know and i will tell my friend to send them.
I had heard and read about stuff like this but i had never seen it so close.... I'm speechless....
