Yes, it's fake. The content is actually loaded from http://shipping.ilbello.com/

yeah it turned out to be a scam, his story didnt make any sense, it was full of spelling mistakes :

i am sorry i can only ship the car to you because in 2days i will leave
in the USA and i will stay there 2 months.

and he sent this picture in attachment (i especially like his signature , and his e-mail address was nexam.paul@live.be) :
