What do you think of the loyal programs?

Hello forum,

I am an online seller and I am thinking of starting a loyalty program. To put it more simply, it will be something like the Frequent Flyer Programs, launched by the airlines. I want to reward my loyal customers. However, I think that there is a possibility for me to start loosing money because of the fraudulent buyers that will try to take advantage of the program. What do you think, should I start the program or not.
