somebody on this forum already asked about
mobiTeh.co.uk.
yes, I am now pretty sure its 100% fraud.

I ran into the website http://www.gonex.co.uk, which seems to be the newest resurrecttion. (mobiteh is still up, compare them, its the same site.)
note the whois info on gonex.co.uk its up only since 17. Sept. 2006,
but they claim they are open since 2004.

what made me suspicious besides the low prices:
only cash transfer via Western Union is accepted outside U.K.
(Western Union is no refund)
Inside U.K. they have a funny credit card service with no refund policy.
