Lower mortage ??

Postby CapriceFéline » Mon Jun 19, 2006 5:29 pm

What could this be? The website has been created two weeks ago for one year. What intention could be behind this "offer" ?

I suspect that its an elaborate PHISHING scheme. Once they have your info (I filled it out with phony info) Then they will CALL you and get things like Social Security, etc.. This way they have all they need to get credit in your name. Because of course you would be supplying them with EVERYTHING one would need to get credit (Because that is what you would be applying for). I suspect also that they would provide you with either REALLY WONDERFUL terms (that you couldn't resist) or REALLY TERRBLE terms so as to keep you away from them. Either way, I am sure you would see credit coming up (on your report) and you would NOT see the money.

Just my thoughts on what it could be.

Either way, it seems like a NO-NAME company that I would certainly avoid.
