Golden Exchange Services - Most likely a scam

I just broke a deal from an Autotrader listing because the seller would only use http://www.GoldenExchangeServices.com for an escrow service. He said he always uses them however, after a little investigating I found the domain has only been registered since May 14 2007 and their website has no SSL cert and sports a fake SSL icon on the page. Keep and eye out for this one, I can almost guaranty it?s a scam.
