Unfortunately, There is not much that can be done. Your best bet would be to contact the Local Law Enforcement in your area and file a report. In the US we can also report it to the IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center) which is a devision of the FBI. I don't know if they would do much for you in France other than keep the statistical Information.
