Already I DON'T like it. Registerd just 9 days ago (from this post). What company do you know would have a legit company presence on the web iin 9 days. At least that you could trust..

and basically came up with ZILCH.

If a company is reputable, then they will show up in search engines. Good or BAD. This one is SOOOOOO New that you get nothing. Pretty strange for a company claiming a copyright of 2002, don't you think?

Any way... I would not Trust them with a penny. Use http://escrow.com or some other REPUTABLE escrow company.
