Transglobal Express Ltd. (escrow fraud?)

I am/was buying a boat from a gentlemen through transglobal express. The company seems legit, but the individual does not. He claims he had to move to the UK for family reasons and needs money fast. The boat is in a warehouse in LA. I send the money to transglobal and they don't release the funds until the boat is delivered and inspected. If at any time I change my mind I receive full refund and boat is shipped back at sellers cost. The price is too good to be true. I can't find any info that transglobal express offers this type of service. Anyone have any input on this situation?

Well spotted.

Indeed the company is legit (as far as I can see). However the email for the "financial correspondence" has nothing to do with it.

So what the scammer tries is to use the name of an existing legit company and then creating an email address that looks like it. The existing company doesn't even know about this.

Please post a few more details; especially the name and the email address the scammer is using.

The website is registered in 1999,seems legit but everything else is fake!!

CALL WESTERN UNION/MONEY GRAM OR YOUR BANK AND CANCEL THE TRANSFER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

I contacted transglobal and they also confirmed the financial email was not one of their companies. Thank goodness I didn't send any money.
