Fortis Escrow - A Definite Hoax

I *almost* fell for this one, buying a Jag on eBay that was based in Hungary. The seller kept exhorting the security etc. of escrow and supposedly contacted Fortis (a £30b yr turnover genuine merchant bank) who then supposedly emailed me with bank account details.

I got suspicious, rang Fortis independently, and was told that although they DO have an escrow service, it is NEVER USED FOR CAR TRANSACTIONS. It's only used for Big Bucks - oil, manufacturing etc.

At a minimum, please provide the web address of the offending site.

Would also prefer that you provide as many details about the scammer that you have. email address, real name, ebay (or the like) user id, etc....
