Pros: Seemed to be a good company...
Cons: They refused to accept that damages occurred in their possession. Will not pay claim!
This company does not pay for damages that they make during shipping! BEWARE! I paid extra insurance for damages up to $50K, paid for enclosed trailer, and there were 9 chips, scratches, dent, and stolen radiator cap when I picked up the car. Their response was, "these kinds of damages could not have happen during shipping!". Absolute imbeciles! DO NOT USE THEM!

Pros: I really can't think of one...
Cons: Well, you get the idea...
I am a repeat customer to DAS and I have to say I have never been so mistreated by a company in my life. I dropped my car off at their terminal in Los Angeles on April 1st. Today is April 17th and my car has STILL NOT LEFT LA. All I get are "apologies" and an offer to pay me 10% of the cost because the car will be more then 7 days late...they can keep their $77 dollars. I did a little research and found out that "This company's membership with the Better Business Bureau was revoked on September 12, 2005 by the Bureau's Board of Directors due to one or more unanswered complaints." Look up the Metro Dallas BBB if you don't believe me and think twice about using DAS. PLEASE!
