http://www.esc-eu.com/ is completely and totally fake. The domain was registered last Tuesday!

So don't even think of sending any money. The "seller" is the scammer himself (most likely from Romania).

Please post a few more details, like the alleged name and email address of the "seller". We will take care of the fake site later.

My situation is almost the same as mentioned above. Some I can compare the same phrases here and in my e-mail with the seller.
Different is that I wanted to buy Subaru Legacy 2.0 D, made in 2010 for 8200 EUR which was bought in Poland and now is in escrow team custody in UK.
E-mail remains the same as above: escrow.team@europe.com, but internet address is different: http://www.eur-esc.com/

I even received the vehicle sale contract and they want me to pay half money to some verified agent:

It was the same story, that he is a soldier and worked only for 2 month in Poland and now he has no time to sell the car so he uses Escrow Europe LTD.
I've asked them to send me VIN number and scaned documents, but the answer was:

The car was inspected by our repairmen and it's in perfect condition with all the papers and documents legal in order ready for the shipping. We are sorry but we cannot give you the informations requested because this is the mode how cars get cloned and it's against our policy. This is the reason why you will have the 10 days return policy time to inspect the car and the papers before give your final decision. If for any reason you decide not to buy the car you can send it back on seller expense and we will return all your money back immediately.
Only after you will complete the deposit and forward us the payment confirmation the delivery process starts and we will contact you with news about how to check your tracking ID.

After that I've said, that I have friend in the UK, so tell me the address where the car is located and they will inspect the car. We will see what will be their next answer.
Of course I understand that they are scammers and I won't pay any money to them, but now I just want to see how far they will go.
