I've added the site to our database:

and I have taken the liberty to kill it. co.cc is very quick on the trigger as far as such sites go; their abuse department usually does a great job.

The actual content is located at http://transcourierscs.t35.com/ and I'm sure this will be dealt with in the next few hours - the t35 abuse department is very good, too.
