based on the WHOIS http://pgardner.net/whois.php?ip=malkow ... arbour.com a creation date of 8 dec 2005 would tell me to avoid this one.

It does look like a new site design however. I will have to add it to my images page.

Please provide details from the other party to help us validate (the fraud) and to try and get them shut down.
