As I wrote above - that's only the registrant for lt.pl and not the scammer. lt.pl is a service for free web addresses.

There is a small chance. Please post the email address used by the scammer. If you want to you can also post the complete headers of a mail (please make a Google search how to display those); however you may want to delete your own email address from those headers so it doesn't get picked up by spambots.
