Escrow fraud (cars) mobile.de and rmtransport@europe.com

Postby dutcher » Mon Feb 01, 2010 11:03 pm

Hi People,

Look out for this guys.
I saw an GOLF TDI GT 2.0 140 ps on mobile.de for about €6.000.

After mailing with this guys i saw that they are thiefs.
I have asked for his phone number. After i send my first email the profile was gone on mobile.de
there is no reaction about this.

look at there mails

first mail
The vehicle is in good condition, has no technical damage at all, no scratches or dents, no hidden defects.I have worked in Germany for the last year and I've purchased the car there. The car have german documents and will come with full service history. My company wanted me back home, so currently I'm in England (UK).I've brought the car home with me and it's now located in England. I'm trying to sell it at this price because I don `t use it anymore (the steering wheel is on left side and it' very difficult for me to drive it),it `s a pity to keep such a car and not to use it.(also the register tax is too expensive in UK).I tried to sell the car in UK, but nobody want`s to buy a left side steering wheel car.I list my car under europe automarkets so i can sell it faster. The price is correct and it's not negotiable and it also includes the transport to European continent.
Please write me back to discuss only if you are interested because I am tired of people that ask questions and are not interested at all.
Thank You
Steve Edward

Second email
I already signed a contract with the shipping company and I paid all the taxes and I have no interested in loosing that kind of money. The car is ready to be shipped to any location. This is the only way and my only condition in this transaction. The sale will be managed by a shipping company (http://rmk.auto.officelive.com)
This is how the Vehicle Purchase Protection Program works:
1)First you have to send me your shipping information (your name and address).
2)I will contact Shipping Company and forward your information.
3)They will email us the forms which are needed for our deal.
4)After that, you will have to make deposit payment to the shipping company,as a guarantee.
(Deposit of 1500 EUR first and rest of the money after you will receive the car).
5)The shipping company will verify the payment, and if everything is in order, they will deliver the car to your address.
6)After you will inspect/drive the vehicle and decide to keep it,they will forward me the funds and the deal is done.
7)Shipping Time: 3 - 5 Days.
Remember you have 10 days to test it. If by any reason the vehicle is not as described or if you find any problems with it I will pay for the returning fees. I’m sure it won’t be the case because it’s a state of art looking and working vehicle. I apologize if it seems like I’m pushing on this deal but I really want to be sure everything is clarified before any further steps. If you wish to purchase it please provide me your full name, address so I can initiate the deal through Shipping Company Escrow Program.
Thank You
Steve Edward

Western Union is a simply money transfer service !
You can find Western Union money transfer services in all major post offices.
Our company will return you all fees that you will pay when you make the transfer!
Important Note: When make the Western Union transfer (only if they ask you for what are money) it is better not to tell that the transfer is for a car purchase because you will pay a higher commision for the transfer, and to tell that is for a personal emergency.

I've added the site to our database. You probably have noticed that one of the mails still contained the link to their previous site (http://ukrmt.auto.officelive.com/) which was already deleted by the hoster. Let's see how long http://rmk.auto.officelive.com/ lasts...

They are also operating in Spain under a different company name: Fast Ship Solutions http://www.fast-ship.co.cc.
Tracking this "English gentleman" IP address (86.123.199.227) I found its source in Romania, not in England.
They send me an almost literal translation to "pidgin" Spanish of your emails

This is correct; many of those gangs operate from Romania; and indeed they operate all over Europe.

I've added the site to our database:

http://escrow-fraud.com/index.php?page= ... ta&id=9954

and as you can see the hosting company (co.cc) already pulled the plug.
