The company is fake; it doesn't exist. It's only a web site programmed by some guys in Romania.
The car doesn't exist; and the "seller" does not live in Wisconsin.
You are supposed to send money to this "company" - don't do it! The money would be gone; and as I said: There is no car! It's a fraud scheme, nothing else.
