Well, that's not as easy as our "usual suspects".

The layout and style don't follow the typical occurences. In addition it also lacks the typical hyperbole. The contact address and the WHOIS information actually match; and the company claims to have been found in summer 2008 which is pretty close to a November 2008 registration date.

How did you come across this one? I'm having a bit of a hard time to figure out the actual business model behind this company. So far it sounds to me that one is supposed to hand them the money and they buy stuff for you?

Well the © 2003 Ocean Express Co. All rights reserved. at the bottom of the pages, I have to question. For a company that started in the Summer of 2008 and they copyright to 2003?

I don't know about your keyboard, by my 8 and 3 are not even close to think of a typo here either. I also question the minimal contact information. No Phone number either? Ok, there is one in the WHOIS, but the average consumer has no clue about WHOIS and might like to see it on the main site.

Also the lack of any real content on the site actually makes me more suspicious. Most real companies want them to know as much as they can about them so that you can "Trust" them... I am not "Inspired" by Ocean Express.

Alerts for this site came originally via Anti-Fraud International, at http://antifraudintl.org/showthread.php?t=17779 and it is also noted at http://db.aa419.org/fakebanksview.php?key=31134

A header from an email is awaited, I will post here when I have more information.

I never did manage to get any email headers from this "company". It had been investigated in several places, found to be a fraud and has been closed down.

Thanks to all who checked out the site and posted. It needed to die!
