Excrow fraud with car shipping!

Hi, I found an add for a car on kijiji.ca.

After contacting the seller, i got an email response

Email from seller:
Hey Shahrukh,
Thank you for your email . This is an adult owned vehicle, well maintained in its original condition .I am in US in holiday with my family now , therefore I have made a contract with a shipping company Globe Transporter Inc. ( http://www.globe-transporter.t35.com ) and instructed them to handle all shipping/payment details .The car is now at one of their warehouses in Montreal ,boxed and ready for delivery . I have already paid for shipping , insurance and manipulation if it's going to be delivered to a seller in Canda .Since they will act as a third party between me and the possible buyer, you will have the possibility to test the car to an authorised mechanical service before making your final decision of buying it or not .If you are interested and want to make a deal, send me a reply so we can start setting up a transaction .My phone number is 1 (514)228-3745 if you want to reach me and talk to me.

Checked out the website "www.globe-transporter.t35.com". Definately seems like a scam after going through this website. Just want to give you all a heads up.

I offered all the flexibility to see the car physically including and up to going to Ottawa to see the car, even though the advertisement was listed in Toronto. I haven't seen a process with which Kijiji.ca can remove this seller like e-bay does.

His response was:

Thank you for your email . This is an adult owned vehicle, well maintained in its original condition .The car has 94700 KM.Right now I am in London,UK,I am in the process of moving with my job there,therefore I have made a contract with a shipping company - Globe Transporter INC. ( http://www.globe-transporter.t35.com ) - and instructed them to handle the shipping of this car in case I find a buyer.The car is now at one of their warehouses in Ottawa ,boxed and ready for delivery . I have already paid for shipping , insurance and manipulation ,so you dont have to worry about that .You will have the possibility to make an inspection on the car and any tests you want even if you are not in Ottawa.Just send me a reply if interested and I will email you the details.In case you want to call, my number is below
