new scam escrow - www.fortisservice.com

i was approached after leaving a buying lead on alibaba.com, by lisa_germanos who offered to sell digital memory cards at silly prices and wanted to use an escrow company so bad she was happy to stick in her own links. there is a proper escrow company in the netherlands called fortis-escrow, this scammer had copied their site pretty much word for word, except they wanted card details etc up front. check them both at fortisservice.com ( scam) and fortis-escrow.com ( real). beware the company, germanos.co.uk, who claim to have a turnover of 1.6m per year ( perhaps they do!) , but whose addresses on various sites seem a little hard to trace, at least i was not abk#le to find them listed apart from their trade ads. fortunately i spotted this early, but the site is very convincing so beware.
