Hello I've been victim of escrow fraud when I wanted to buy a motorcycle on the internet. You can read my story on:

I developed a way to get those fake escrow sites offline. Just put a lot of traffic on their own site. The webhost will get their domain offline when there is too much traffic. Try for yourself:
