safebid-ltd.com is it a legitimate escrow company

I am in the middle of a transaction through this company with somebody who claim is living in Spain. I had no knowldege about escrow companies doing this kind of service for internet transaction. He approached me and recommended this site. I investigated and the website looks and feels good.

What it has prompted me to rethink this transaction is he cancelled his screen on ebay right after I initiated the process at this escrow company.

Please can anyone tell me if this company is legit.
